A word from Phil Waters
I think the quote “better late than never ” might be appropriate here.
I’ve been writing songs for decades, but apart from a short span in a band called “Phil in the Blanx” where my songs went down okay, I’ve never really showcased my work. The first collections of Songs were written by me, or in collaboration with Tony Rex. There is only one song that deals with love, the rest are about the Australian condition as I see it. The producer is such an important job I had two on this project. Tony Mitchell who I’ve known for 25 years, and Rex Goh whom Tony introduced to me in 2014.
